A violent arrest by L.A. County deputies was caught on video. Now the man is seeking justice.
The arrest was captured by two surveillance cameras in a parking lot of an industrial property north of Downtown on Wilshire Boulevard.
But the man who was arrested isn’t saying much about it.

That was until he says he was arrested.
He says he has only used the force in self-defense. He has asked the LAFD to investigate. His lawyer, Robert Rosenbaum, says police are accusing him of resisting arrest.
